ACE push type gas springs guarantee an exact positioning of heavy drum bells in industrial cast resin stirring stations and prevent jerky sagging in case of malfunctions
In order that the processing of demanding potting materials in drum stirrer stations for casting resins also runs reliably in 200-litre drums, the container needs to be completely sealed. In this application, a bell is therefore driven over the respective drum. If it is in the top position when loading the station, a pneumatic failure could cause the entire lifting unit to drop down suddenly, thus damaging the entire construction and the barrel. Now ACE GS-40 industrial gas springs (push type) hold the stirring station with the innovative drum bell securely in position even when the pneumatic system is switched off.
